Question: Who would take over from David attenbourgh on the Documentary Channel? Would it be David tenant?

I couldn’t say! I can’t imagine a nature documentary without Attenborough’s soothing commentary – he’s been a part of my life for so long (and we each went to the same Scout group in Leicester – a few years apart mind!).

I can see David Tennant doing an excellent job of narration, but what has made Attenborough so good is that he is a field scientists himself – he actively researched these things, and his passion has never waned. Tennant is an actor, not a scientist (that we know of!), and while he may be interested in the documentary, there is something about hearing from the scientists themselves.
