• Question: what's the longest length of time that you have spent on a project?

      My PhD lasted for 4 years in total including writing the thesis – that is probably the longest I’ve spent on any one project

      for my Masters I spent a whole year on the same project, and that is the longest time I’ve spent on a project. For the PhD I will spend at least three years on the same project, and I am really looking forward for it.

      I’ve spent over 3 years on my PhD so far and while it can be a little frustrating at times, I love it. It means that I’ve really got my teeth sunk into the problems (not literally!!) so can think about them all as a whole or separately to find answers.
