Question: What Fruit in your opinion creates the strongest plastic

Hi! I can only make it from fruits that have citric acid in them so citrus fruits work much better than others. It isn’t that it creates a stronger plastic, it is just that my process only makes one type of plastic (there are hundreds!!) so I have to have a very specific starting material for it. It is a pretty strong plastic though and can be used as the really thick windows in aquariums (they’ve got to be really strong to hold all of the water in place) and in mobile phone screens!
