My current project has been running for nearly two years; I have another two years to go on this education research project.
Part of the reason it is taking so long is because I basically have to run it part-time alongside the ‘day job’ of actually teaching. Of course, one supports the other, but it still needs dedicated input.

My project has been going for 7 years and I joined it 3 years ago. I’ve only got a few months left on it before I need to write my thesis (a book all about what I’ve done, kind of like a massive experiment report!) But I will have been doing it for about 4 years when I actually hand that in.
