• Question: How do you decide which fruits to use in your experiments?

      Well strictly speaking, I don’t use the fruits themselves. I only use a chemical that can be found in them, citric acid. Someone else actually takes the citric acid out of the fruit and bottles it up.
      But in general, citrus fruits are best. So things like lemons, oranges, grapefruits and limes.
