• Question: Do you think we'll have flying cars in the future????

      Well, according to the Back To The Future movie trilogy, we should have flying cars by October 2015!

      I think that things are just so inefficient with flying vehicles it isn’t really going to be possible to have a flying car. They were a dream of the 1960s, and allegedly some functional prototypes were made, but the reality is that so much energy was required to power them they couldn’t carry enough fuel.

      We already have a number of prototypes for flying cars, will it be feasible to have commercial flying cars? Maybe not, but the rich will be able to have flying cars similar to helicopters, where they can both drive on the road and fly in the sky 🙂

      I would love to own one!! It would be so cool! The problem is that it would take a LOT of energy to make a hover car that would hold one person, let alone a family of five!! But there is a real, working hoverboard out there now! (Here’s a video of Tony Hawk riding it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HSheVhmcYLA) so who knows what is next?!
