I wish it could be! Unfortunately my knowledge of physics isn’t enough to begin to think how we could make a TARDIS real! There are three things we need to do to make a TARDIS:
      1) We need something to be bigger on the inside… that might be achievable if we were to shrink the space inside the atoms in our bodies as we enter, but this is a quantum mechanical impossibility unfortunately
      2) We need our vessel to be able to travel vast distances instantaneously. Potentially if we could create and control ‘wormholes’ through space, this might be doable? The trick is controlling them
      3) We then need it to travel through time. While timetravel to the future is possible by moving close to the speed of light, unfortunately the Second Law of Thermodynamics says that we cannot travel back in time.
